Both Ben ad Myself are back flat out at work trying to re-cope the funds to head of to the Australian National Gravity Cup held in Adelaide.

Training has been in full swing with the XC bikes coping a work out as well just playtime on the Bmx's.
Good way to break it up and keep it interesting.
