Touched Down in New York City after a crazy 22hrs of flight time. Felt hammered, then got a cab 15mins up the road from the airport and got charged $145. Yep i argued but that just got my 2 bike boxes and my gear bag dumped on the side of the road in Queens, New York.
Now that's a proper WELCOME.
All good now but, have the camper which is massive. Its pretty wild to drive over here.
Not like home were we have rules and well proper lanes.
I'm up at Mountain Creek atm. I checked into a hotel for a few nights until i meet up with the rest of the guys from Cutting Edge Racing.
Bike is all built and dialled for the first day on the mountain tomorrow. Get me legs spun out and do some chiller runs.
From were I am sitting, looking up at mountain creek, it looks pretty rad. I'm hanging to check it out.
